Phillip Stutts serves as the President of Phillip Stutts & Company, Inc., a political and corporate grassroots consulting firm.
Created in 2005, PSC advises a wide range of corporate and non-profit clients within the fields of professional sports, military, and education. Phillip also provides counsel to political organizations and candidates across the country.
Phillip reached high acclaim by serving as the campaign manager for Bobby Jindal’s first run for Louisiana governor and serving President Bush in his 2004 reelection as the National 72 Hour/Get-Out-The-Vote Director. In 2004, Phillip’s 72 Hour/grassroots program was credited as the best in Republican Party history.
Phillip began his career in 1996 working for presidential candidate Bob Dole at the Republican National Convention. In subsequent years, he’s worked at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, for Dan Quayle’s 2000 presidential race, the Republican National Committee, and for John Thune’s U.S. Senate campaign.
In addition, Phillip served as a presidential appointee to the United States Department of Education, working on special policy projects and initiatives originating from the White House and Secretary’s office.
More recently, Phillip was a contributor for Campaigns and Elections Magazine and their “Campaign Insider” blog.
Phillip grew up in Birmingham, AL and graduated from the University of Alabama.
