Phillip Stutts currently serves as the President of Phillip Stutts & Company, LLC, a political and corporate consulting firm.
Created in 2005, PSC serves a variety of corporate clients including the fields of professional sports and education. Phillip has advised and organized political campaigns for presidential candidates, senators, governors and a multitude of local candidates from across the country.
Phillip reached high acclaim for his work in the 2004 election cycle serving as the National 72 Hour/Get-Out-The-Vote Director for the Republican National Committee and President Bush’s reelection. Phillip was credited with overseeing the best grassroots/Get-Out-The-Vote effort in Republican Party history, pushing President George W. Bush to victory by a 51% margin and increasing majorities in the United States Senate and House.
Phillip began his career in 1996, working for presidential candidate Bob
Dole at the Republican National Convention. In 1997, Phillip worked for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. The following year, he managed direct mail, message, and strategy for the political communications and fundraising firm, Welch, Norman, & Coley.
In 1999, Phillip moved to Arizona and became one of the lead fundraisers for Dan Quayle’s presidential campaign. Following the campaign, he was hired by the Republican National Committee as a Regional Finance Director and also directed the 72 Hour/grassroots efforts for the Bush/Cheney campaign in southern New Mexico.
After the 2000 campaign, Phillip was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve at the Department of Education, working on special policy projects and initiatives originating from the White House and Secretary Rod Paige.
In the 2002 election cycle, Phillip served as the Executive Director for South Dakota Victory. This operation acted as the political and grassroots arm for John Thune’s U.S. Senate race, the Governor’s race and the lone U.S. House seat.
In 2003, Phillip served as the Campaign Manager for Louisiana gubernatorial candidate Bobby Jindal, a 31-year-old Indian-American. He directed this massive underdog campaign, which started at zero in the polls, to a 15-point Primary Election victory against 17 other candidates.

Phillip grew up in Birmingham, AL and graduated from the University of Alabama.
